ZR348T offers a very good flowability and an excellent transparency and organoleptic performance.

ZR348T is typically used in the production of thin walled packaging with high transparency and high requirements for organoleptic properties.

This grade has a blue shadow. "ZR348T" can be used in housewares and in food packaging. Its high fluidity allows short processing cycle times, molding of very thin wall items and very complex geometry.

Polypropylene Z30S is a high melt flow homopolymer for the production of low denier BCF, CF, and staple fibers at medium to high spinning speeds. Moplen Z30S offers a high homogeneity, stable extrusion and excellent process ability on both short and long spinning lines.

This grade allows a high stretch ratio and gives tough andresilient fibers.

Z30S is widely used for the production of bulked continuous filament for carpet face yarns. Another major application is the production of high tenacity continuous filament for straps for backpacks, handles for big bags and safety belts. Continuous filament with medium tenacity is used for upholstery, sportswear and heavy duty clothing. Moplen Z 30 S is al also suitable for the production of low denier staple fibres for thermobonding.

"HP564S" is a high melt fow rate homopolymer with a narrow molecular weight distribution for the high speed production of low denier continuous filament for spunbonded, nonwoven fabrics with an excellent balance of mechanical properties and softness. This grade is formulated with an anti-gasfading stabilization package and characterized by consistent high speed and low nonwoven weights. The major applications for spunbonded fabrics made of "HP564S" are diapers, medical and sanitary tissues, protective fabrics for agricultural, industrial and medical applications, backings and llinings for the fumiture and carpet industries. This grade can also be used for the production of partially oriented yarn and bulked continuous filament.

Polypropylene V 30 S is a high fluidity polypropylene homopolymer for the production of staple fibres with improved thermo-bonding ability for nonwoven fabrics. V30S offers outstanding process-ability & spinning behaviour on shortspinning lines & some specific long-spinning lines. The thermal-bonding ability is high & allows the production of nonwoven fabrics with higher tear strength or with a lower weight per m2 for the same strength. The fabrics made with V30S are characterized by softness, textile like appearance and tear resistance.

The typical applications are cover stock for diapers; feminine care products & incontinence pads. Other applications are wipes, filters & fabrics for the clothing & furniture industry.

"HP525J″ is a medium flow homopolymer with bimodal molecular weight distribution and good clarity intended for BOPP films. The product is suitable for metallizable film, both as monolayer and in coextruded structures. It contains a standard processing stabilisation but does not contain any slip, antiblocking agents and is calcium stearate free. ″HP525J″ offers good optical properties, easy processing and very stable film profile.
