PET TG - 640(SB) S (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

PET TG - 640(SB) S (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) textile grade includes features like high Reaction Speed – low thermal degradation, bright whiteness, resistant against yellowing and deterioration. And also High Degree of Polymerization – high crystalline regions, concentrated molecular weight distribution.

Polyethylene Terephthalate fiber grade chips (normal viscous ) is formed in the plan plant within five consecutive process stages. The stages are esterification 1,2, prepolycondensation 1,2 and polycondensations.

Application:

  • Super bright polyester fibers
  • Super bright filaments BO PET films
  • Staple fiber
  • Textile filament
  • Spunbond
  • Meltblown nonwovens

PET BG - 780 N (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

PET BG - 780 N (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

Polyethylene terephthalate (sometimes written poly(ethylene terephthalate)), commonly abbreviated PETPETE, or the obsolete PETP or PET-P, is the most common thermo plastic polymer resin of the polyester family and is used in fibres for clothing, containers for liquids and foods, thermo forming for manufacturing, and in combination with glass fibre for engineering resins.

Plastic bottle is a bottle which made of plastic. Plastic bottles are usually used to store liquids such as water, carbonated drinks, motor oils, cooking oil, medicines, shampoos, milk and inks. Plastic bottles range from very small specimens to sample bottles to very large 60-liter bottles. Plastic bottle is a plastic container with a narrower opening than your body, which is usually covered with a plastic crater of its own.

Application:

  • Bottles for water and non-carbonated drinks
  • Packaging applications
  • Thermal formed packaging
